These terms apply when you use valoraarte.com. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Your account

You can sign in with Google or with WhatsApp. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in methods secure. Please give us accurate information.

Artworks and orders

• We describe each artwork as accurately as we can. Colours and sizes on screen may differ slightly from the original.

• An order is confirmed only after payment is completed. Each original artwork is unique, so availability is not guaranteed until then.

• Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout.

• We may cancel an order and refund you in full if an artwork turns out to be unavailable or was listed with an error.

Payments

Payments are processed by First Iraqi Bank (FIB). Valora does not store your bank or card details.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping times, returns and refunds are handled as described at checkout or as agreed with our team. Approved refunds are paid back through FIB.

Gift cards

Gift cards can be used on valoraarte.com as described when you buy them. They cannot be exchanged for cash unless the law requires it.

Artists and contributors

When you submit artworks or information, you confirm that you own the rights to them or have permission to share them. You allow Valora to show your submissions on the site and to use them to promote your work on Valora. We may accept or decline any submission.

Intellectual property

Artworks remain the property of their artists. You may not copy or reuse images or content from this site without permission.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, interfere with its security, or use it for anything unlawful.

Liability

We provide the site as it is. As far as the law allows, Valora is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
