• Artist and contributor submissions: the information, images and files you send us when you apply or submit artworks.

• Messages you send us through the contact page or by other means.

• Technical data: basic device, browser and error information that helps us keep the site secure and working.

How we use your information

• To create and secure your account and sign you in.

• To process orders, payments, refunds, shipping and gift cards.

• To review artist and artwork submissions.

• To answer your questions and send messages about your orders or account.

• Pixelence, which sends WhatsApp sign-in codes to your phone number.

• Sentry, which records technical errors so we can fix them.

• Couriers and partners that deliver your order, who receive your name, phone number and shipping address.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect our rights and our customers.
